In 2021, I found the strength to walk away from an unhealthy, passionless relationship. My sex life was vanilla,
boring, and honestly, I’d lost myself along the way – gained weight, lost
confidence, and forgotten what it truly feels like to come alive.

When I left, I made a promise to myself: to focus on my health, rebuild my confidence,
and reignite my spark.

Years of neglect had taken a toll on my pleasure. Pain, discomfort, and emotional walls
forced me to re-learn how to enjoy the adventurous intimacy I once loved. But
my pushing past those limits, embracing open communication about my desires,
and reconnecting with myself, I discovered something powerful – intimacy
